Justice40 and The IACs

The Justice40 Initiative aims to provide 40 percent of the benefits relating to federal investments in climate and clean energy to disadvantaged communities. This initiative works in partnership with state and local communities in an effort to continue a path towards energy equity. The Rocky Mountain Industrial Assessment Center aids in the push for clean energy and accessibility to be more evenly distributed through the identification of underrepresented, low-income communities. Through extensive identification processes, assessments for manufacturing companies in marginalized local areas can be conducted to provide affordable recommendations for increased energy savings.
